Bid Solicitation: External Accounting Services – Violence Prevention Program (FY26)

Helping Our People Excel Community Development Corp (HOPE CDC) is seeking qualified accounting firms to provide external accounting and CFO services for our Violence Prevention Program for Fiscal Year 2026 (July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026).

Services Needed The selected accounting firm will work collaboratively with our Finance Administrator and Executive Director to provide comprehensive financial management services, including:

• Grant budget development and management
• Monthly bank reconciliations and financial statements
• Grant reports, reconciliations, and compliance oversight
• Direct coordination with external auditors and audit response
• Assistance responding to State agency communication regarding financials and expenses
• Review of grant expenses for allowability and compliance
• Financial reporting and fiscal policy monitoring

Important Timeline

• Bid Submission Deadline: June 20, 2025
• Vendor Selection: June 27, 2025
• Contract Start Date: (contingent upon grant approval)
